Care Instructions and Precautions for Use

Machine wash at 40°C. Medium and dark colours should be washed separately for the first 3 washes. Do not bleach. Tumble drying permitted on a delicate cycle. Ironing is not recommended.The loops of this terry fabric are relatively long; therefore, a minimum level of care is required to avoid snagging or pulling a thread.

Fastness Properties*

Shrinkage after washing: approx. 8% at 60°C
Light Fastness*: 3–4 for LIGHT and MEDIUM colours, 3 for DARK colours (on a scale of 7)
Colour Fastness to Wet Rubbing: 3–4
Colour Fastness to Dry Rubbing: 3–4
Colour Fastness to Washing at 60°C*: 3–4 (on a scale of 7)

Technical Applications

For marine and swimming pool applications, please contact us. As the dyes we use comply with standards equivalent to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I, the required resistance to UV exposure, rubbing, salt water and chlorinated water cannot be guaranteed.

For hairdressing applications, the same recommendations as above apply if the user has specific requirements regarding colour resistance to hairdressing products.
